Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026.
1. Using Mayle
Mayle helps small businesses create content, manage leads, and prepare social posts. You're responsible for the content you upload, generate, and publish.
2. Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity in your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use Mayle to send spam, harass people, or break the law.
- Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
- Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't impersonate other businesses or people.
4. Content ownership
You keep ownership of your brand assets, uploads, and generated outputs. You grant Mayle the rights needed to operate the service for you (store, display, generate, and process your content within your workspace).
5. Connected platforms
When you connect external platforms later, Mayle will only act with your permission. You're responsible for following each platform's own terms.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Mayle running. The service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Termination
You can stop using Mayle and delete your data at any time on the data deletion page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll let you know in the app.
9. Contact
Email hello@mayle.app with any questions.
