What we collect

Account data

Email, name, sign-in identifiers, and basic profile info you provide.

Brand data

Brand name, voice, audience notes, business answers, and other settings you save in Mayle.

Uploaded images

Images you upload to Mayle for reference, generation, or publishing preparation. Stored in your private workspace storage.

Generated content

Posts, captions, carousels, and images Mayle produces for you. We may keep prompts and quality signals to improve outputs for your brand.

Customer leads and messages

When customers contact your business through your website form or you add them to Lead Inbox, we store name, email, phone, message text, and related notes — only for your workspace.

Website form submissions

Submissions from your published lead form, including basic spam-control metadata (hashed IP, user agent). We do not sell this data.

Connected account data

When real platform connections become available, Mayle will only request the permissions needed for the features you enable, and will explain each permission before connecting.

Analytics and learning data

Usage events (which features you use, what you publish, click and lead counts on your tracking links) used to power performance analytics and the Learning Loop. We do not share this with other businesses.

How we use your data

How long we keep data

While your account is active. You can request deletion at any time on the data deletion page.

How you can delete your data

Submit a request on the data deletion page or email us. We confirm deletion once complete.
